Project: Complete installation of a 1,000 kg/h biscuit production line
Duration: 6 weeks
Output: 15 technicians coordinated by an Italian supervisor

Biscuit production plant installation in Sudan, managed by SVEC with cross‑disciplinary expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.

Activities performed:

• Installation of mixer, forming line, and 45‑meter cyclothermic oven
• Assembly of 95 meters of overhead cooling conveyors
• Commissioning of 3 flow‑pack packaging machines
• Electrical testing, HMI setup, and final commissioning 

• Result:
  ✅ Completed delivery 10 days ahead of the Gantt schedule
