With over 20 years of solid experience at leading Italian manufacturers of industrial food production lines, Michele Diaco he has gained in‑depth technical and managerial knowledge of the entire production process, from the design phases to plant commissioning.

Driven by the desire to offer a tailor‑made, flexible, and highly qualified service, he founded SV Engineering & Consulting, a company specialized in technical support for the food industry. His vision is strongly focused on efficiency, innovation, and the enhancement of resources, with a constant eye on international markets and the ever‑evolving production needs.
